QUALITY SUPERVISION

Incoming inspection:

Raw material, workblank and other auxiliary material will be inspected strictly. Sinorock cooperates with leading enterprises of raw materials.

Process quality control:

Patrol inspectors examine every working procedure strictly according to the production technique. They record data, identify marks, and archive the records regularly.

Outgoing inspection:

Finished products will be tested according to the process of delivery inspection. Only qualified products can be allowed to be delivered out of storage.

SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Increasing ability to control the procurement operations. Establishing new supplier selection and evaluation system based on the quality, price, delivery and after-sales service.
Supplier rating system is adopted to classify suppliers. We only purchase raw materials from level A supplier.
On the basis of reciprocity, we keep the continuity of procurement through a long term contract.

Bundor Valve Compensation Instructions

It will be unconditionally compensated due to the quality problems of the product itself ,except the following situations:

Selected model does not match with the service media
Impurities in the pipeline cause abnormal abrasion
Failure to follow the operating procedure
No regular maintenance
Auxiliary materials are damaged during transportation

Compensation Process

Warm Tips

Suggest to install a strainer before valve to keep good performance and extend the service life
Normally ,the valve needs to be checked and maintained every three months
Recommended regularly maintenance items: Clean up the impurities in strainer ,maintain valve seals and lubricate the moving parts
